Enough about the 2015 Mustang already.

But I just priced out a decently equipped ecoboost and a similarly equipped FoST and they were nearly the exact same price.

So WWYR?

Mustang for me. Both because of RWD and much better looks. Now, if I could only own one car, I'd go with the much more practical FoST. Thankfully, we don't live in such a cruel, cruel world.

It kind of depends. The Mustang would be more fun, but it's not as practical.

Given my current status as a single guy, I'd take the Mustang. If I had kids, then I'd likely roll the FoST.

That being said, I'm not much for turbocharged engines. I just hate turbo lag*, even if there's not much of it (will still test drive an EcoBoost 'Stang when they show up at the dealer just to see what's what). If I were to do force induction, it would be via supercharger. And that's a big "IF", as I'm more with the NA crowd.

Honestly, if I were to buy a Mustang, I would be the full enchilada GT (gotta start saving for one).

*Yeah, it's a silly thing to hate, but hey it's me. Everyone has their peeves and having to wait between pressing the go pedal and the engine building enough oomf to move the car along drives me up the wall. It's one thing I didn't like about the FoST. Though in fairness to it, it applies to every turbo car out there.
